ho problemi di alluce valgo, quindi ho bisogno di una calzata in punta ampia: il mio piede misura 29,4cm di lunghezza e 11,4 di larghezza: il 47 andrebbe bene?

Puoi tranquillamente prendere 1 numero più grande, se invece hai problemi di pianta del piede, anche 2 numeri.
