The FUJI LITE 3 was inspired by the Hinoki cypress tree, which is native to Mount Fuji. It helps you to focus on the path ahead and think positively. The redesigned FLYTEFOAM midsole provides lightweight shock absorption, propelling every step forward on your trails. In addition, the outsole of the shoe is designed to give you better traction on muddy or loamy surfaces.

The light and responsive build makes them super for shorter distances, but don’t let this fool you; I’ve worn them for numerous 20+ mile runs and they absolutely perform. They dry quickly, provide superb traction, and yet I still feel very confident on tricky terrains. This is the absolute all rounder train shoe. Fits very true to size
