They're designed for dirt jumping, pump tracks, trail riding, enduro and downhill mountain biking.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eTheir design combines three patterns: a \u003cstrong\u003ewaffle pattern\u003c\/strong\u003e to position your fingers, a \u003cstrong\u003emushroom pattern\u003c\/strong\u003e for thumb and index finger comfort, and \u003cstrong\u003eknurling\u003c\/strong\u003e for grip across the surface in all weather. The soft Kraton rubber feels supple and grippy.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe \u003cstrong\u003etapered core\u003c\/strong\u003e provides a secure hold without an outer clamp, using just one \u003cstrong\u003eslim aluminium clamp\u003c\/strong\u003e with a stainless steel bolt tightened to 2 Nm. The end of the core remains exposed for durability and is closed off with a moulded DMR end cap.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThey come in \u003cstrong\u003etwo sizes\u003c\/strong\u003e: Medium (29.8 mm) and Large (31.3 mm).
