The SHIMANO RC302 Road Shoes for women are designed to surpass performance on road cycling.

The lacing routing and BOA® fastening system provide balanced comfort across the forefoot. In addition, the integrated midsole and upper construction offer an unmatched level of fit, stability and performance while remaining lightweight. The low-stack midsole promotes foot stabilisation, optimises power transfer and improves pedalling efficiency.

The enveloping upper structure reduces overlaps, providing a glove-like fit. Furthermore, the construction is more responsible, with 36% recycled mesh used for the upper and midsole, contributing to a more sustainable approach. Specially designed for women, these shoes guarantee a natural fit and enhanced comfort. The synthetic leather upper, featuring a micro-perforated structure, ensures good ventilation and an optimal fit. Finally, the lightweight nylon sole, reinforced with fibreglass, enables improved power transfer for maximum performance.
