Description

The GRIPGRAB WINDBREAKING THERMAL Short-Sleeve Base Layer Black is designed for challenging riding conditions, on windy days when you would rather leave the gilet at home. It protects against getting cold on descents and early-morning starts, and also suits transitional seasons when a jacket would be too much.

The warp-knit Arrowind™ fabric on the front and shoulders blocks up to 80% of the air particles responsible for wind chill, without an additional membrane. It is wind-resistant rather than completely windproof, allowing perspiration to dry.

The highly breathable, very stretchy back wicks away sweat and releases heat. Its flexible close-fitting cut moves with you, while the permanent Polygiene® anti-odour treatment means you can wash it less often. Thicker than a summer base layer, it is intended for cool days.
