The Hayes Dominion / Sram MatchMaker Stealth clamp allows a Sram derailleur lever to be mounted directly onto the Hayes Dominion brake master cylinder clamp to free up space on the handlebar. The Hayes Dominion / Sram Matchmaker clamp is designed for right-hand side handlebar mounting.
