Suitable for a wide range of MTB disciplines, from leisure riding to All Mountain/Enduro, as well as Cross Country, the LEATT Trail 3.0 helmet features a very secure Jet shape that wraps well around the head, including the temples and the back of the skull.
Its durable polycarbonate shell is well ventilated with 19 large openings, allowing air to circulate inside even at low speed, for greater comfort during effort. It benefits from a lightweight in-mold construction, which combines a layer of absorbing foam with the rigid outer shell. A reinforced bridge system on top (the Powerbridge Protection) is also included for improved impact absorption.
Above all, this 3.0 helmet additionally integrates Turbine 360° technology: small flexible dampers are inserted into the inner padding foams, which promise to reduce impact energy by 30%, and rotational forces produced by oblique impacts by 40%, to reduce the risk of concussion in the event of a head impact.
Among the other advantages of this LEATT helmet, note the practical occipital adjustment system, the magnetic Fidlock buckle chin strap closure, the easily detachable visor and the breathable foam padding.
