Description

The HXR COMPONENTS Steel Axle Flat Pedals (Gravity range) were developed to combine raw performance, optimal grip and easy maintenance. Designed in France by HxR Components and made in Europe, they are intended for enduro, downhill and dirt jumping.

Their 7075 aluminium platform measures 110 x 107 mm and is 14.5 mm thick. Shaped to suit most riders’ feet, it provides stable support without excess bulk. Adjusting the pins lets you set the platform to a concave or convex profile to achieve your preferred grip.

The body features pronounced chamfers: if a pedal strikes a rock, it slides over it rather than bringing your momentum to an abrupt halt. The steel axle runs on a 20 mm IGUS bushing for stable support and a needle bearing for smooth rotation under load.

At 440 g, they combine durability with considered design.
