Description
The MICROSHIFT ADVENT MX Trail Trigger 11-speed right shifter (SL-M7115-R) is the MTB shifter from the latest ADVENT MX generation. Its main selling point comes down to one figure: the engagement angle drops from 12° to 3°, with shifting claimed to be four times faster than ADVENT X.
In practice, your thumb moves less before the gear changes, letting you shift more quickly as you approach a climb or exit a corner. The lever runs on a bearing for a crisp, consistent feel, while the removable aluminium clamp provides 12 mm of lateral adjustment to position the shifter exactly where your thumb rests.
Important compatibility note: this 11-speed shifter works only with ADVENT MX derailleurs. Unlike the 10-speed version, it is not backwards-compatible with ADVENT X or SWORD.
