Description
The NEWMEN ADVANCED A.50 is an aero wheelset for every kind of terrain, from the flats to mountain passes. With a 50 mm rim depth and generous internal width, this carbon wheelset offers an excellent balance of aerodynamics, low weight and affordability, while holding its own against the high-end wheels used in professional racing.
At a total weight of just 1470 g, the wide carbon rim with its 50 mm profile delivers maximum speed while remaining light on mountain climbs. Paired with modern 28 or 30 mm tyres, it rivals professional racing wheels in wind-tunnel tests, while lower tyre pressures add comfort on long rides. An optional integrated Aero STREEM valve can even save 1.5 W at 45 km/h (not included).
At its heart is the hybrid FADE R hub, combining Straightpull and J-Bend spokes to reduce the spoke count while optimising aerodynamics and lateral stiffness. Its internal mechanism uses the same durable technology proven over years in the professional peloton.
This complete wheelset comes with tubeless rim tape already fitted and is approved for a maximum motor torque of 60 Nm, making it compatible with some electric bikes. A versatile, high-performing and affordable option for road cycling enthusiasts seeking an aero advantage.
