Description

Proper frame preparation is essential when building or completely overhauling a bicycle. The PARK TOOL HTR-1 1" Head Tube Reaming Kit is a complete professional kit for reaming and facing both head tubes and press-fit bottom bracket shells.

Its robust handle assembly with quick-release and quick-adjust features makes the tool particularly easy to fit, adjust and remove. The kit can be expanded with more than 20 optional reamers and facers, covering almost all headset and bottom bracket standards on the market.

Supplied ready to use for the 1" standard, it includes a 30.1 mm reamer (ref. 751.2), a 45 mm facer (ref. 690) and four pilot guides measuring 29.8, 30.0, 33.8 and 36.8 mm (refs. 762, 763, 765, 766).

Under the SHIS classification, the basic kit faces EC29, EC30, EC34 and EC37 frames and reams EC30 frames.

⚠️ Always use cutting fluid, such as Park Tool CF-2, when machining.
