Flat / Clipless Pedals SB3 KROMA Black

The SB3 Kroma pedals are the ideal solution for those who don't want to choose between the efficiency of clipless pedals and the freedom of flat pedals. Thanks to their double-sided design, they offer one side equipped with an SPD-compatible clipless mechanism for efficient pedalling, and a wide flat side fitted with pins for use with regular shoes.

Whether for your MTB or Gravel rides on technical terrain, the Kroma adapts to your riding style. Their robust aluminium body and high-quality axle guarantee fail-proof reliability, whatever your choice of shoes.

Are the cleats for the shoes included? Yes, the pedals come with a pair of SPD-compatible cleats to attach to the soles of your cycling shoes.

Can they be used with everyday trainers? That's the whole point! The flat side is designed to provide excellent grip with any sports or everyday shoe, making it ideal for daily commutes.

Is the clipless mechanism difficult to use? No, the SB3 Kroma allow you to adjust the tension very smoothly. For beginners, we recommend setting the tension to a minimum so that unclipping is very easy.

Are they suitable for an electric mountain bike (e-MTB)? Yes, they are perfectly suited. Many e-MTB users appreciate being able to alternate: using the clipless side for physically demanding climbs and the flat side for committed descents where you want to be able to put your foot down quickly.
