The FOX FLOAT X PERFORMANCE ELITE rear shock sets the standard for all-mountain suspension, designed to meet the demands of even the most discerning trail riders. Its monotube design features a new high-flow main piston assembly, delivering sensitivity, support and rear-wheel traction close to that of the FLOAT X2.

With its high-volume EVOL Air Sleeve, this rear shock can run at lower pressures for a more linear feel, better small-bump absorption and improved tyre grip. Its size-specific piggyback reservoir optimises the balance between weight and performance and maintains a consistent ride feel on long descents.

With tool-free, three-way adjustment, this rear shock can be quickly set up to suit the terrain. The two-position lever switches between Open and Firm modes for more efficient pedalling on climbs, while the low-speed compression and rebound dials offer extensive fine-tuning.

Made from black-anodised 7000-series aluminium and fitted with an Evol LV air spring, the FOX FLOAT X PERFORMANCE ELITE rear shock combines low weight, durability and consistent, fade-free performance on the roughest terrain.
