Description

The SRAM CODE R/RSC Non-CPS Matt Black Brake Caliper Without Hose delivers immense braking power for demanding enduro and downhill mountain biking. Sold separately (without lever or hose), it can replace a worn caliper or provide an upgrade to the Code range, known for its durability.

Its 4-piston design uses two piston diameters (two 15 mm pistons and two 16 mm pistons) to deliver around 15% more power than the Guide range, with increased fluid capacity for consistent performance even under intensive use. Bleeding Edge technology makes bleeding easier, while the Heat Shield limits brake fluid temperature rise.

Compatible with earlier Code pads and Guide RE levers, this Post Mount Non-CPS caliper uses DOT 5.1 fluid. A reliable part for restoring or boosting braking power on a mountain bike ridden over rough terrain.
