Problem solved! I had a stem

"Problem solved! I had a VCLS canyon double-bladed carbon seatpost whose main known problem was that it slipped so much that overtightening the seat clamp made it impossible to loosen; after sawing out the screw and fitting a new clamp, I applied a miracle paste to the seatpost and the inside of the clamp and screwed 0. 5 to 1 n below the recommended setting, it doesn't slip any more, even over big bumps; at the same time, I bought a BBB torque wrench that does the job."

Very good grease

"Used for seatpost (metal on metal) and carbon components. It spreads very well and isn't too abrasive, holds components well and torquing is no problem (everything stays in place). Indispensable for good work on your bike."

Good product

"Essential for locking my saddle post in the frame".

Your seatpost won't budge!

"Here's my feedback after 2 months of use: I was looking for a solution to stop my problems with an aluminum seatpost slipping in an aluminum frame (I haven't tried it on carbon), which occurred every time I rode, even if I tightened the clamp a little more than I'd intended. ... So I tried this grease, and it worked miracles. So I tried this grease, and it works miracles: the seatpost doesn't move at all! The only downside is that, after 2 months, I hear some squeaking noises (as if the seatpost lacked grease), and on disassembly, I realize that the grease has damaged the TDS coating. It's not bad, but if you have to reassemble your TDS later, it's not aesthetically pleasing. ... I'm withdrawing one star because of this (and the rather high price. . . ), but I recommend this grease."
