Dit wiel is opgebouwd rond een gemofde 21 mm velg die zowel licht als stevig is, een aluminium naaf met afgedichte cartougelagering en ronde rechte stalen spaken van grote robuustheid.

"Good luck getting the tires on... I tried two types of 29" MTB tires, but they were impossible to mount even though the bead is flexible. The rim is 622, the tire is too, and it just won't fit—there's still 20 cm left that won't go on. Maybe you'll have better luck. . . or maybe it’s a Mavic rim that’s only compatible with Mavic tires. I tried something: mounting the tire without the rim tape. By forcing it, I managed to get it on, but I didn’t dare inflate the tire!"
