Afgeleid van het BMX-model, is de band MAXXIS DTH 26x2,30 met soepele wulst ideaal voor Dirt en sprongen, en wordt met name gebruikt door rijder Aaron Chase.
In deze versie combineert de DTH van MAXXIS een ultradunne 60 TPI carcas die een zeer goed compromis biedt tussen robuustheid en lichtgewicht, en een 60a rubber compound dat een goede grip biedt.

"Bought for road use (wide tire, no studs, hard rubber) in winter season in the North. A bit heavy, very little braking grip on wet roads. In dry weather, perfect. For the use I'm describing, I'd give them 2 - 3 stars. But these are dirt tires, not road tires."
