"I've been using Shimano BXP Swiss stop pads for several years now, and I'm still very satisfied with them, because they're more effective than the original ones. A word of advice: change them as soon as they start to "scratch" on the rim because, as they age, they become hard, especially in winter, and tear off particles of aluminum from the brake track that need to be removed. My previous BXP's did 3 years on the front wheel, but on the rear wheel there's no scratching noise yet".
