Wrong batch?
"I am unfortunately disappointed with this product, after a few hundred kms, the lever no longer raises the notches and therefore the chainrings. Unfortunately, I'm even more disappointed with probikeshop's after-sales service, which doesn't take any responsibility because I bought it 2 and a half years ago (on a Viper bike - 2-year warranty) whereas other brands equip the same range and guarantee it for 3 years or more. I may have come across the wrong lot, but at 130 euros a controller, it's still a pain... . The controller is pleasant to use, but it's a shame the quality isn't up to scratch."
