Beschrijving

De ontluchtingstrechter SHIMANO voor Remleiding Weg is speciaal ontworpen voor het ontluchten van Shimano schijfrem­systemen uitgerust met ST rem-/versnellingshendels, die gewoonlijk worden gebruikt op wegfietsen. Hij is geschikt voor ontluchtingsschroeven met M7-schroefdraad. In tegenstelling tot de oudere modellen wordt deze trechter TL-BR002 direct bevestigd na het verwijderen van de O-ring, zonder dat een adapter nodig is. De ruime trechter, gemaakt van stevig synthetisch materiaal, wordt geleverd met een deksel en een olie­stop om lekken tijdens het ontluchten te voorkomen.

Purchased in addition to the funnel

"Bought to complement the SHIMANO funnel I already had to drain my Shimano XT brakes but which is incompatible with ULTEGRA brakes. This one does the job very well for draining ultegra di2 12v brakes, but... ... it's not compatible with XTs because the screw diameter on the lever isn't the same... ... . The black washer keeps the funnel's obturation rod in a vertical position. It's not essential, but it's handy ;-) Well, in the end ... that's +/-30 € for 2 little plastic funnels, each of which will only be used once or twice a year ... it's a pity SHIMANO didn't manage to pool the same funnel for all its road and MTB disc brakes ..."
