I called Probike Shop directly, and I received a new product within 48 hours at a pickup location, with the return of the defective part covered by them.The new shifter works perfectly—great gear. You’d be hard-pressed to find another retailer that offers service of this quality. I’ve been a customer for years, and that’s not about to change."
