"I ordered this to replace an original SRAM X5 that lasted no more than two weeks on my mountain bike. Unfortunately, my newly received SRAM X5 derailleur won't be any more durable than the previous one: the adjustment screw on the derailleur cage is incredibly fragile (1 fragility point on the derailleur—in my opinion, carefully calculated to turn the product into a true consumable). A useless and overly fragile product. This is the fourth nearly-new derailleur that has broken in the same spot for me. I get the feeling that SRAM is making a bit of a mockery of us."
