This mast does its job, but it's a bit disappointing...
"I've just installed it. For a standard ceiling height of 2m50, the tube has a propensity to vibrate due to the fit between the tubes not being precise enough, even when locked. There's no information in the manual about the clearance to be observed with the ceiling before locking the pedal, which guarantees a good hold of the assembly. We fumble and cross our fingers to avoid breaking most of the plastic parts. Especially the upper rubber part. Personally, I've left 5 mm of play so that the pedal stroke doesn't play a full part in the clamping. For this price, the handlebar anti-rotation hooks could be included (they have to be bought separately. count an extra 13€ per hook). Probikeshop does not offer them, however. Given the size of the package, you'll only be able to pick it up at an XL point relais, which is too few even in a big city like Lyon, and which is the only free delivery service offered by Probikeshop. Here again, for the price offered, free home delivery would be welcome, or at least at a reduced cost. Otherwise, Probikeshop remains Probikeshop: top quality, low prices * * * *"

"The product lives up to its promise: it lets you hang two bikes without worrying about them falling off. All this with very good perceived quality. Very light and easy to assemble, even if you only look at the pictures in the instructions. It took me 10 minutes. The most time-consuming part is positioning the top tube: try to make sure it's perpendicular to the ceiling. The only difficulty: don't use too much force when tightening it to the ceiling to avoid damaging the rubber."
