Imprecise adjustment: when the derailleur is properly adjusted for the small sprockets, shifting up to the larger sprockets is difficult; when the derailleur is properly adjusted for the large sprockets, the drivetrain makes noise on the small sprockets, indicating that the chain wants to shift up to the next sprocket. Switched back to a SRAM cassette and no more problems."
