"Incomplete product sheet, it would have been handy to know in advance that a Torx T25 wrench was needed. ... The part in contact with the head tube is thicker than other stems, if you don't have head tube spacers to find the right height you can forget it. Stiffness not up to scratch and dubious aesthetics (excessive thickness of the central tube) hidden by the photos on the product sheet. Returned to sender in less than 24 hours".
