Det Däck CONTINENTAL GRAND PRIX 5000 700c TubeType Souple är efterföljaren till den mycket ansedda Grand Prix 4000S II. Det tyska varumärket har skapat en produkt som lämpar sig lika väl för träning som för tävling, och både på torr och våt väg.

Sammansatt av tre lager är Grand Prix 5000 gjort för att förena effektivitet, grepp och motstånd utan att glömma komfort. För ett exceptionellt väggrepp är däcket utformat med Lazer Grip-tekniken. Denna samling av små strukturer på sidan av däcket ger maximalt grepp även när man tar vinkel på våt väg. För optimal effektivitet har Continental omarbetat sin Black Chill-teknik. 

Vad gäller komfort och motståndsförmåga använder GP 5000 Active Comfort som absorberar vibrationer och Vectran Breaker som är tillverkat av syntetiska fibrer och gör ditt däck mycket punkteringsresistent med kontrollerad vikt.

"Worse and worse, supposedly one of the best tires, they wear out at an insane rate and are not all that resistant to flint. Disappointed, the GP 4000s seemed more resistant to me."
