"Used on long trips (>500km), nothing to say about bike retention. Attaches easily, disassembles quickly. BUT: the tilting system is very practical for accessing the trunk. There's just one detail: the arm that swings with the bikes doesn't seem to have a stop! So, the bikes fall to the ground if you don't hold them (and 45kg of bikes to hold when opening a trunk, that's no mean feat! (if this blocking exists, I haven't found it . . . ) The problem can be easily solved, however, with a piece of metal cable (plastic-coated, see photo) that will catch on the bolts of the hitch head (for non-automatically removable heads)."
